About Lauren Wright, LISW

Lauren is a licensed independent social worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Ohio University. While she works with clients of all ages facing a variety of challenges—including depression, anxiety, and PTSD—her primary niche is supporting individuals through major life transitions.

As a dedicated mental health counselor, she is particularly passionate about helping young adults navigate independence, supporting new parents through the overwhelming transition to parenthood, and guiding individuals through career shifts, relationship changes, and other pivotal life moments. This experienced therapist approaches psychotherapy with an eclectic style and aims to individualize the healing process for each person she works with.

Based out of Westerville in Central Ohio, Lauren offers traditional in-person sessions for local clients (including Columbus, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, and surrounding suburbs). She also provides convenient telehealth (online/virtual) appointments, welcoming clients located anywhere in the state of Ohio.

She finds great value in creating a space in which clients feel safe and comfortable to address the issues that are keeping them from living a healthy, happy, and balanced life.
